I'm Shane Cornell

I’m a freelance graphic designer & illustrator living in Granville Ohio. I’m an alumni of the Columbus College of Art & Design, and in addition to getting my bachelor’s from the school, I also currently teach there part-time as an adjunct instructor. (ADVE2291 / CSW113 / SMACO102)

I’m addicted to making logos, icons, illustrations, t-shirt graphics, and other vector assets in adobe illustrator. I also quite enjoy setting type, creating custom lettering, making print books, brochures, posters, infographics, presentation decks, and shooting/editing photos.

Despite my passion for the digital stuff, I still really like to draw and sketch traditionally with good old-fashioned pencil on paper.

I have experience making branding identity, and light web design for a good number of small local businesses around central Ohio. I’ve made custom illustration work for the Ohio State University. I have contributed art and design to multiple books sold on Amazon, and prints of my work have been presented as gifts to international delegates from Japan at the 2019 Godzilla Fest in Chicago. Additionally, through the use of a print-on-demand site, I have sold my artwork to individuals both nationally (29 different states here in the US) and internationally (France, Germany, Australia, and the United Kingdom.)
